Dimensional Accuracy Analysis of Samples Printed in Delta and Cartesian Kinematic Three Dimensional Printers

The motion mechanisms of manufacturing and robotic systems are developed in different structures, mainly cartesian delta structures having series or parallel movement abilities according to the capacity construction structure system. Different used criteria such as bearing load capacity, sensitivity cost In this study, performances machines installed kinematic which mostly three - dimensional printers, were analyzed. context, two with these same boundary conditions 4 pieces calibration parts especially features printed. 23 elements that constituted part measured, tabulated, statistically analyzed, acceptable measuremental tolerance ranges determined accuracy values compared. As a result T test results, 15 measurements on Cartesian system based three-dimensional printers obtained terms range well 9 Delta Consequently, operation higher than under working parameters.
